Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, television host, and an author. He is the CEO and President of Believers'LoveWorld Incorporated which is and is also called Christ Embassy International.
Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family to be born. He attended secondary and primary school. After that, he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with an BSc. in Architecture.
AAU also gave him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.
Chris Oyakhilome Ministries
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while a student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was known at that time as the Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship.
YFC increased in size, and became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church's headquarters are in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry with millions of associates worldwide.
In 2002, during the atmosphere for miracles, BLW rose to prominence as an Christian ministry on TV in Africa. The program was cancelled in May 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that churches would stop broadcasting miracles on TV.
Pastor Chris's Ministry is comprised of four components of publishing ministry (healing ministry) TV ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry).
